Facelift Focused on Facial Definition, Structure, and Balance

Dr. Sandy Sule is a Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon focused on creating refined, individualized facial rejuvenation results.

Facelift Designed Around Your Facial Anatomy

Dr. Sandy Sule creates individualized Facelift plans focused on restoring facial structure, improving definition, and addressing visible signs of aging.

His advanced training focused exclusively on the head and neck gives him a detailed understanding of the deeper tissues, muscles, and support structures of the face.

Each procedure is planned around the patient’s anatomy, degree of aging, facial proportions, and desired level of rejuvenation.

Traditional and Deep Plane Facelift

A Traditional Facelift improves the lower face and jawline by repositioning facial tissues and removing excess skin when appropriate.

A Deep Plane Facelift works beneath the superficial layers of the face, releasing and repositioning deeper tissues to improve the cheeks, jowls, and jawline with less reliance on skin tension.

Dr. Sule determines the most appropriate approach after evaluating the patient’s facial anatomy, tissue position, skin quality, and individual goals.

How a Facelift Can Restore Facial Definition

Facelift surgery is designed to address more than loose skin. A carefully planned procedure considers the deeper facial tissues, skin quality, facial proportions, jawline definition, and the relationship between the face and neck.

Depending on the patient’s needs, a Facelift may address:

A Facelift may also be combined with a Neck Lift, Eyelid Surgery, or other facial procedures when appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dr. Sule is Double Board-Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology.

His training focused exclusively on the face, head, and neck, allowing him to evaluate the deeper tissues, muscles, skin, and structural changes involved in facial aging.

Every procedure is customized according to the patient’s anatomy and goals.

Good candidates are generally healthy individuals experiencing sagging facial tissues, jowls, loss of jawline definition, deeper facial folds, or loose skin.

A consultation is necessary to determine whether a Facelift, Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, or another facial procedure is the most appropriate option.

During the consultation, Dr. Sule will evaluate your facial anatomy, skin quality, tissue position, medical history, and areas of concern.

He will explain the available surgical approaches and develop a personalized plan based on your facial structure and desired outcome.

A Traditional Facelift typically improves the lower face by repositioning facial tissues and addressing excess skin.

A Deep Plane Facelift involves releasing and repositioning deeper facial tissues as a connected layer. This may provide greater improvement in the cheeks, jowls, and jawline while reducing the need for excessive tension on the skin.

The appropriate technique depends on the patient’s anatomy and aging pattern.

Yes. A Facelift is often combined with a Neck Lift when the patient has loose neck skin, visible neck bands, fullness beneath the chin, or reduced definition between the jawline and neck.

Dr. Sule evaluates the face and neck together to create a more balanced surgical plan.

Dr. Sule’s approach focuses on repositioning facial tissues rather than creating an excessively tight appearance.

The objective is to restore definition and facial balance while maintaining the patient’s natural features and identity.

Facelift incisions are generally positioned around the natural contours of the ears and hairline.

The exact placement depends on the surgical approach and the areas being treated. Dr. Sule plans the incisions carefully to make them as discreet as possible.
