Dr. Sandy Sule creates individualized Rhinoplasty plans focused on improving nasal shape, facial balance, breathing function, and long-term structural support.
As a Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with advanced training focused exclusively on the head and neck, he evaluates how each part of the nose relates to the patient’s overall facial proportions.
Dr. Sule also performs Revision Rhinoplasty for patients seeking to address concerns involving appearance, symmetry, breathing, scar tissue, or support after a previous procedure.

Dr. Sule treats both first-time Rhinoplasty patients and those seeking correction after a previous procedure.
Primary Rhinoplasty may address concerns involving nasal size, a dorsal hump, tip shape, asymmetry, bridge deviation, or breathing function.
Revision Rhinoplasty requires careful evaluation of scar tissue, structural support, nasal function, and the changes created by prior surgery.

Dr. Sule is Double Board-Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology. His training was dedicated exclusively to the anatomy, function, and surgery of the face, nose, head, and neck.
His approach considers nasal appearance, breathing function, facial proportions, structural support, and the patient’s individual goals before developing a surgical plan.
Good candidates are generally healthy individuals who would like to improve the appearance of their nose, address breathing concerns, correct structural problems, or improve the relationship between the nose and the rest of the face.
A consultation is required to evaluate nasal anatomy, medical history, breathing function, and expectations.
During the consultation, Dr. Sule will evaluate your nasal structure, facial proportions, breathing function, medical history, and specific concerns.
He will explain the surgical options that may be appropriate for your anatomy and develop a personalized plan based on your goals.
The consultation is also an opportunity to ask questions and gain a clear understanding of the procedure, recovery, and expected outcome.
Yes. Rhinoplasty may be performed to address cosmetic concerns, functional breathing problems, or both.
When structural issues are present, the surgical plan may include correction of a deviated septum, nasal valve weakness, internal obstruction, or other anatomical concerns affecting airflow.
Revision Rhinoplasty is performed to address concerns following a previous nasal surgery.
These procedures are often more complex because the original anatomy may have been altered and there may be scar tissue, weakened cartilage, asymmetry, breathing problems, or limited structural support.
Dr. Sule creates a new surgical plan based on the patient’s current anatomy and the changes needed to improve appearance, function, or both.
The objective of Rhinoplasty is not to create the same nose for every patient.
Dr. Sule plans each procedure according to the patient’s facial structure, nasal anatomy, gender, ethnicity, and personal goals. The intended result is a more balanced nose that remains consistent with the patient’s overall appearance and identity.
Most patients feel comfortable returning to work, school, and social activities within approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
Initial swelling improves gradually, but the nose continues to refine over several months. The nasal tip may take longer to reach its final level of definition.
Rhinoplasty is designed to create long-lasting structural changes.
The face and nose will continue to age naturally, but the changes made during surgery are intended to provide lasting improvement in nasal shape, facial balance, support, and function.
